Khai Luk Koei, Kai Leuk Koey or Kai Look Koey (literally, son-in-law eggs) is a dish that commonly found at Raan Khoa Khaeng or short order Thai restaurants. Khai Luk Koei or Son-In-Law-Eggs made of hard boiled eggs and we also have Khai Luk Sa Pai or Daughter- In-Law-Eggs made of over easy fried eggs but Son-In-Law-Eggs seems more popular.

Eggs are a common food for everyone, we simply turn the eggs to something more interesting, and it is for families especially for kids. In Thailand we consider Khai Luk Koei is a kind of comfort food and also it is a kid friendly dish as it contains a little sweetness, saltiness and sourness but is not spicy.

Ingredients

6                       Large dunk or chicken eggs
½ cake             Palm sugar
2 tbsp               Fish sauce
½ cup               Oil for frying
1                       Large shallot and lime lief , slice thin
2 tbsp               Seasoning

  1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold tap water and boil at high heat for 12 minutes (boil 10 minutes from tap water in Thailand).
  2. Remove from heat, drain the hot water and rise and soak with cold tap water in the same time shake the pot so the eggs will be cracked from hitting to each other and peel the shells.
  3. Put oil on a small frying pan over medium heat until hot. Add egg one at a time if using small amount oil in the pan and roll and turn the egg to brown totally until finish all.
  4. In the same frying pan with the same oil, add sliced shallot, fry until slightly golden brown and drain oil on paper towel.

Blog#10 Thailand traditional and culture.

Hello everyone ^^ I would like to present my country `"Thailand" the land of smile .

Culture

Thailand lies between Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos, with the Gulf of Thailand to its south. Its culture mixes strong Indian influences, Chinese traditions, and elements that are uniquely Thai. With its diverse geography, friendly people, and stunning scenery, the “Land of a Thousand Smiles” is a must-see destination in South East Asia.
Thailand is the 50th largest country in the world with an area roughly equal to that of France.  With rugged mountains in the north and world-famous tropical beaches in the south, it is a land of pristine beauty.

Thailand is separated into four distinct regions. Despite the overarching strength and unity of Thai culture, each region has its own unique cultural and geographic features.
Northern Thailand shares its border with Myanmar and Laos. This region is mountainous and filled with thick forests and river valleys. Its culture is heavily influenced by Burmese culture and it carries strong influences from the historical Lanna kingdom.
Northeastern Thailand, also known as Isan, is largely isolated from the rest of Thailand by a large mountain range.  A Lao-speaking majority, as well as a primarily agricultural society, characterize this culturally distinct region.
Southern Thailand, located on the Malay peninsula, is home to many of Thailand’s pristine beaches and resorts.  With a more tropical climate, this narrow land mass is home to a many fishing communities.
It is the region of Central Thailand that is predominant, though. This region is the seat of Thailand’s modern-day capital city, Bangkok. With its fertile plains, it has also long been the economic center of the country, producing the majority of Thailand’s rice.  Central Thailand is also the area that has the greatest population density, and the greatest concentration of the ethnic Thai majority.  It is the political, economic, and cultural center of Thailand.

Cultural Identity

Much of Thailand’s culture comes from the ethnic Thai people.  One of the most important influences on Thai culture has been Buddhism. Many of the traditions and beliefs of the people in Thailand stem directly from Buddhist principles.  Hinduism has also made important contributions to Thai culture, and the close links between Thailand and India can be seen in art, literature, and in many Thai customs.  The cultures of nearby Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, and China have also played an important role in forming the traditions of Thailand, as have indigenous belief systems such as Animism.

Of Thailand’s nearly 70 million people, roughly two thirds are from Thai ethnic groups. Although the ethnic Thai people can be divided into dozens of different subgroups, their traditions, languages, and cultures differ only slightly. This leads to a population with a strong sense of shared traditions and cultural identity.
The remaining third of the population is made up primarily of Chinese, as well as various minorities including Vietnamese, Khmer, Hmong, and Mein. Even among these diverse ethnic groups, the Thai language is widely spoken and understood, and the Thai script is often used in place of traditional writing styles.

Since the 1950s, Thailand’s government has made efforts to preserve and strengthen the sense of national culture and national identity. During the 1980s and 1990s, however, Thailand saw a resurgence in local culture and traditions.  Although there is still a strong national identity, local food, dances, music, celebrations, and beliefs have begun to play a more important role in Thai life.

Welcome to Ayutthaya,Thailand .

Do you love to travels? I believe that everyone likes to visit the most beautiful tourist attraction. Today I am really glade to presents some the beautiful heritage places  of my country that why I so proud to be Thai. If you would like more don't hesitates to visits Thailand

Ayutthaya

The ancient city of Ayutthaya, or Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, The Thai capital for 417 years, is one of Thailand's major tourist attractions. Many ancient ruins and art works can be seen in a city that was founded in 1350 by King U-Thong when the Thais were forced southwards by northern neighbours. During the period of Ayutthaya being the Thai capital, 33 Kings of different dynasties ruled the kingdom until it was sacked by the Burmese in 1767.
Ayutthaya is 76 kilometers north of Bangkok and boasts numerous magnificent ruins. Such ruins indicate that Ayutthaya was one of Indo - China's most prosperous cities. Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya a Historical Park, a vast stretch of historical site in the heart of Ayutthaya city, has been included in UNESCO's list of world heritage since 13 December, 1991.
Ayutthaya covers 2,556 square kilometers, and is administratively divided into 16 districts (Amphoes). It is conveniently accessible due to good roads and a short distance from Bangkok.
Ayutthaya has become synonymous with temple ruins and historical sites. Most visitors head over to Ayutthaya Historical Park located in the centre of the inner city for a comprehensive overview of its history and past glory. When surrounded by these ruins, it’s not difficult to imagine the grandeur that once was the kingdom of Ayutthaya.

Ayutthaya Historical Park comprises four temples – Wat Phra Ram, Wat Phra Si Sanphet, Wat Mahathat, Wat Ratchaburana – the Royal Palace and Wiharn Phra Mongkol Bophit. Outside of the historical park, the sites are randomly peppered along the west, south and eastern parts of the outer island.
Many of the archaeological finds from the ruin sites around Ayutthaya are exhibited at Chao Sam Phraya National Museum, so this is a good place to visit if you are interested to learn more about Ayutthaya’s heritage.

Wat Phanunchoeng Existing well before King U-Thong founded the Ayutthaya Kingdom, the temple houses a revered Buddha image dating back to 1324 and an ornate Chinese shrine dedicated to an Ayodhya Queen. This area used to be occupied by Chinese merchants, who transformed it into a lively commercial area with goods from China, including gold, porcelain and Chinese silk.
The temple contains a large bronze Buddha image – the oldest in Ayutthaya – built in 1325. Walk around the main chapel to the riverside and pay respect to the Queen at the Chinese shrine. It is widely believed that the queen will fulfill a wish of those in search of a soul-mate.

blog#7 Rural tourism

Hello everyone.!!! I would love to present the rural tourism . Have you ever heard about that? .If you are person, who love to travel with the natural and traditional .Don't miss rural tourism. Opening you eyes and keep amazing moment!!!

what is rural tourism?

Rural tourism involves travelers visiting destinations that are away from major metropolitan areas and heavily developed tourist resorts and locations. In many instances, rural tourism involves travelers visiting small communities and experiencing elements of traditional life in those communities. Rural tourism can overlap with ecotourism, which involves travelers embarking on environmentally friendly tours to lakes, forests, jungles and other natural environments that have not yet been developed for large scale commercial tourism.
Trips to rural areas can last for a few hours, for several days or even for a number of months. Some travel firms arrange guided tours to these areas but in many instances, travelers are responsible for creating their own schedules once they reach their destination. Many rural areas lack the kinds of amenities that are found in major cities such as hotels and luxury resorts. Consequently, rural tourists are often housed in farmhouses, campsites, cottages and other types of inexpensive or traditional housing. Some travel firms even arrange tours on which the participants stay with local families for the duration of the tour.

China promote rural tourism

The people escape here from stresses, nervous failures, problems, overloads, sleeplessness. Rural tourism homestead is not simply an accommodation and concept of improvement. It is a new format of ecological rest, as a matter of fact it is a resort, where everything promotes improvement: lonely rest, easy conditions, sincere calmness, quiet healthy dream, bright impressions, change of an image of life and drain meal.

There are many rural holiday homes, some of them offering luxury accommodation with all the facilities for the modern and smart traveler, which is looking for a place to escape and relax, and others are somewhat more agriculture oriented, perfect for those that want to try what living in community is and learn a little more about farms and its kind of life.

Blog # 6 Romantic Comedy Movie

Hello Everyone I would love to present a movie about tour guide.
"My life in ruins" is the movie about tourist guide in Greek. Don't forget to watch it.

Georgia is an American academic who's lost her teaching job in Athens. She's taken a job as a tour guide, but she hates it and it shows: the tourists, mostly American, are bored with history and facts; they want to shop. Every group has a goofy couple, a frat boy, a sullen teen, a feuding couple, divorcées looking for a mate, and a funny guy. This group is no exception, plus there's no air conditioning and a bearded silent driver. Thanks to an unlikely friendship, plus daisies, an ice-cream cone, the history of syrup, and the Oracle at Delphi.

After watched this movie. I have understood what were characteristics person to become a tour guide, who has an ability to present the history of place

The first, one is service mind. The tour guide must have service mind because tour guide have to do everything whatever their tourist wants.

Second, good human relationship; tour guide can’t rude. It's very bad act. Third, is knowledge; tour guide must  knows the accurate information’s in place. In order to can not tell form your ideas. You can said " I'm sorry I don't know" it's appreciate rather than you try to keep them on your ways.

Forth, we can’t predict what will happen during a trip. The tour guide must have problem solve skill. In order to the tourist must make tourists feel safe and happy journal. Moreover also humor.

Finally I thought if I would like to be a tour guide someday. I have to practice and learn more. I known sometime I feel worry something that not happen yet. This is my weakness . So, I have to be myself and worry less. Someday I will satay strong as my dream.

Thank you

BLOG5 # what is the most influence source of information for tourist decision making about their vacation ?

Hello everyone today!!!  I would like to informs you about the tourist attraction in the world and what is the factors  that impact tourist making decision to travel on weekend . Let's start to learning.....
Thailand
According to A study of Thailand Development and Research Institute (TDRI) showed that about 13 percent of international tourist obtained information about Thailand from their friend .

Only 15 percent got the information from tour operators whereas about 12 percent got information from both source. To attract those who have bot yet decided their holiday destination. It is necessary to impress the foreigner tourist already in Thailand .

However, a survey in 1990-1991 by the INTRAMA World Destination  Monitor put Thailand second only to Hong  Kong as a place where 1450 tour operator around the world  said tourists were likely to be  cheated or overcharged in Asian ,

India came in the third.Italy was considered to be the number one country in the world where tourists were most likely to be cheated

In my opinion I think the first is Safety ;  Tourists always thinks about their safe in tourist attraction before . They easy ways to get information is form Friend ,Internets, and Poll. Second is the facility in place that  should be able to reach easily . Third is sincere because the foreigner always get the high price, charge or cheat in  place . Forth is there interesting  or unique unique in place  because everyone is also would like to visit the beautiful place as their heard from  friends  or     social media . Finally all  these mention are the keys or  factors that influence in tourist decision making to travel on their vacation .

*2. What is the effect of INTRAMA 1990-1991 World destination Monitor Survey on tourist industrial in Thailand ?

- In my opinion I think it effect with Thailand culture image. In actually it not most of the seller in Thailand that they charge the price or cheat. However, There are seller who sincere and honest , who would love  to provide the good quality products and services  to the customer  . Everyone in Thailand  would love  to promote and support Thailand be the first tourist destination in the world. We have good environment specially  beach and tourism. It just a few percentage that the seller ,who is dishonest and insincere with the customer . Finally I would like to let's you going to travel in Thailand and don't worry about any charge and cheat .

3. What should be done to solve problem?

1.  Let's the seller  know what benefit  will their get if their provide the good quality products and service to foreigners .
2.  Promote Thailand particular and tourist attraction to around the world.
